Professionals and organisations can contact Placement Stability Partners Ltd to discuss a potential referral or request a tailored placement-support package.
Each enquiry is considered individually so that any proposed support reflects the young person’s circumstances, the placement’s needs, identified risks and the outcomes requested by the referring organisation. The initial enquiry form should only collect enough information for contact and understanding the general nature of the request.
