Who We Support

Placement Stability Partners Ltd supports children and young people whose placements may be experiencing pressure, instability or an increased risk of breakdown.

We can consider referrals involving children and young people living in foster care, residential children’s homes, kinship-care arrangements, supported or semi-independent accommodation, and those preparing to leave care or experiencing an important placement transition.

Support may also be considered where there are difficulties involving engagement, routines, communication, relationships, emotional wellbeing or participation in education and support services.

Every enquiry is considered individually. Support will only be offered where the identified needs fall within our professional competence, safeguarding arrangements, available resources and agreed commissioning arrangements.
