Our practice combines authentic lived experience with clear professional standards, safeguarding responsibilities and collaborative working. Where appropriate and agreed as part of a referral, Life Story Practice can help a child or young person understand their experiences, identity and personal journey. All support is tailored to the individual circumstances, agreed outcomes and professional arrangements surrounding each referral.
